Our process explained
Below we highlight the process in which we use, from initial contact, to job completion. This enables you to get a rough idea of price, payment terms and manufacture and install times.
After your initial contact either by phone, message or email, we will ask you for the rough measurements of your proposed new wardrobe. Do not worry if your stuck for ideas we will design these along the way to suit your every need.
Once we receive your measurements we can provide you with an indication price for your new wardrobe space. If this is inline with your expectations and budget (we're sure it will be) we will arrange a site visit with you to take accurate measurements and discuss all design options, internal and external finishes.
A small payment is required at this point to prepare your drawings for your new wardrobe, this will be deducted from your final payment. Once completed you will receive an elevation drawing of internal and external finishes and a complete specification sheet.
If you are happy with everything we have provided you we will now move onto the fabrication stage. We aim to build as much of your wardrobe off site in our workshop to minimise disruption at your home on day of install. A 40% payment is due prior to fabrication commencing. Once payment has been made we will confirm an installation date with you, this is usually within 2 weeks of deposit being paid.
After we have finished fabrication of your new wardrobe we will contact you the day before we are due to install to take a further 30% payment.
Installation day, leave this to us, its what we do best. We aim to only be at your home installing for 1-2 days but we will take care of everything whilst were there so you don't have to worry. All area's will be protected, dust extraction will be used, cleaned and all waste we have created will be removed ( we do NOT remove old wardrobes ).
Upon completion the final payment is due and an invoice with your receipt will be emailed to you.
